I ordered 3 digital quilting patterns for my longarm which uses a .plt file.  It showed it on the IQ screen.  But when I downloaded the zip file, no .plt file. I emailed IQ several times, no response.  Not happy.

I used these snowflakes as a background filler for a winter quilts. All stitched out and resized well. I will definitely be using them again. thank you
